Philip Hammond’s Spring Budget was slender in size – it came to 64 pages, compared to the 145 of last year’s publication. And it was also slender in content. But that was to be expected, coming as it did after a relatively heavy Autumn Statement.
Philip Hammond’s first Budget was not as substantial as previous ones – or as his Autumn Statement in November. However it did still contain several announcements of note to motorists and fleet professionals.
